1:1 Therapy

These one-on-one sessions occur after your initial session. They can include a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on the plan you and your therapist developed. These can include: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) including the Flash Technique, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, MCBT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy), and mindfulness to help you focus on your mental wellness and maintain your progress in the long-term.

Group Therapy

If you are new to our group therapy sessions, please book a Group Therapy Consult. This is required before joining the group sessions. – In our Group Therapy you can expect clinical EMDR sessions with interpersonal trauma processing. This is not a peer support group, but peer support happens. You don’t have to do this alone.
